The XT-3 Reader is fully compliant with the EPC Gen 2 (ISO 18000-6C) standard and reads any passive ID-tags compliant with this standard.
With its “all-in-one” design including integrated antenna, the XT-3 is certified for outdoor use and is easy to use and easy to install. The XT-3 also supports one additional external antenna providing the configuration flexibility
needed to suit a wide range of installations.
TagMaster has designed the XT-3 around a Linux operating system, which provides powerful processing capabilities within the reader. This offers maximum flexibility in terms of application integration and access to the built-in Ethernet (TCP/IP), RS232, RS485 and Wiegand/Magstripe interfaces.
The XT-3 supports TagMaster’s existing reader application software as well as allowing customised reader application development using TagMaster Software Development Kit.
EPC Gen 2 standard

The XT-3 Reader includes TagMaster’s SecureMarkID ID-Tag format, which is developed to ensure that each UHF ID-tag has a unique identity which is difficult to duplicate.
The XT-3 combined with our SecureMarkID ID-Tags provides a higher level of security.
The XT-3 reader can be combined with an external Antenna for a cost effective access solution. You will find more information in TagMaster DuoPass product sheet.
